Congratulations! Once you have attended the iCocoon Intro, Upper and Lower Body workshops, you are ready for your first P&F class. The P&F Drill will introduce you to the full body version that builds on your previously acquired skills. After this class you will be able to attend weekly P&F stretch classes. We hope you had a fantastic experience learning stretching efficiently!
