iCocoon Stretch Therapy Workshop Series Part 3/4

iCST-3 is an informative workshop. Participants will learn about basic anatomy of the lower body muscles; proper alignment of each exercise; and to efficiently release the muscles of the hip and legs. The approach will increase the suppleness and strength of the muscles of your hip and legs to reduce the likelihood of injury to these areas.
