  • Prices are set firm and are not negotiable. Session fees cover our associate‚Äôs time and their services provided; fees do not change with or without having your own massage table, oils, sheets or exercise equipment.
  • Cocoon Minutes are transferable to friends or family members and can be offered as a gift for special occasions.
  • All prices are subject to 5% GST.

  • Your treatments can be enjoyed, wherever/whenever you are.
  • Share your Cocoon Wellness Plan with friends and family members. Celebrate any occasion or send Cocoon home just because you care about them.
  • We keep track of your minutes by having the recipient initial your Wellness Card the amount of time used for each visit.
  • When you purchase online, a receipt is emailed to you after the transaction is complete.
  • Please note: When purchasing a Wellness Plan there will be an automatic 15 % charge for Gratuity.
  • Selected Wellness Plans are required to be used in certain time intervals. The more commitment you express, the more you can save with reduced hourly rates.

Wellness Plans

Selected Wellness Plans offer significantly reduced hourly rates and therefore must be redeemed in certain time intervals. Please ensure that appointments are scheduled accordingly, otherwise the service charge will be automatically adjusted to Plan Casual which offers occasional treatments with no time restrictions or limitations.

Individual Appointments

Because Cocoon Wellness services are booked only by appointment, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and we request that you acknowledge and respect our cancellation policy.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment you need to call your service provider directly. If we don't answer leave your information on the answering service or send an email or text message.

Please keep in mind that "No-shows" or last minute cancellations leave service providers with empty appointment times as well as other clients who could have received the treatments for the same time.

Starting an appointment late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your consideration is appreciated.

Clients who do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

  • More than 24 hours notice - Service will be rescheduled or canceled at no charge.
  • Failure to show without notice or same day cancellations -100% of the service price will be charged.

Gift Certificates or Wellness Plan purchases cannot be returned for cash value, only traded-in for service(s) up to the value of the certificate.
